Zambia Land Alliance ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE 1. BACKGROUND Zambia Land Alliance (ZLA) is a network of non-governmental organizations advocating for fair land policies, laws and administrative systems that take into consideration the interests of the poor and marginalized.
