ZUFIAW General Secretary Chingati Msiska investigating poor labour agreements

ZAMBIA Union of Financial and Allied Workers (ZUFIAW) General Secretary Chingati Msiska has disclosed that the union is investigating some Financial Institutions that have forced employees to sign agreements that are not making sense.
A worried Mr. Msiska has warned erring employers involved in imposing unfavourable employment contracts to prospecting employees of the impending ZUFIAW wrath once ongoing investigations find them wanting.
Issuing a timely warning, in an interview with Kwilanzi News Zambia in Lusaka, Mr. Msiska advised employers abrogating existing labour laws to desist from abuse employee rights, as some employers are illegally deducting hours from their workers forced to stay home due to the Coronavirus (covid 19) Lockdown.
Mr. Msiska has appealed to some financial institutions engaged in alluded to illegal activities to stop and follow the labour laws regulations.
