ZAMBIANS for Empowerment and Development (ZED) Spokesperson Wesley Miyanda says while he agrees with Agriculture Minister Dora Siliya that Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP), Government should find a way how they will empower farmers in the 2016/2017 farming seasons.
Mr. Miyanda said in an interview that Siliya should quick up the process of empowering farmers for the 2016-2017 farming season.
Miyanda said a number of farmers are waiting for input to kick start farming, expressing worry that as at December 7th 2016 most if not all farming areas in Zambia awaited agricultural imputs.
