Lusaka, Tuesday 7th March, 2017-The Drug Enforcement Commission in Muchinga Province has arrested and jointly charged a 16 year-old Tanzanian national and a 22 year-old Zambian national for trafficking in 490 sachets of heroin. A Tanzanian male juvenile of Chiyanga Village in Nakonde District has been arrested and jointly charged with Geoffrey Susunga, 22, a Barman of the same village for trafficking in 490 sachets of heroin.
