Lusaka, (Saturday, 24th April, 2021) His Excellency,  Dr Edgar  Chagwa Lungu, President of the Republic of Zambia has held bilateral talks with His Excellency, Mr Félix Tchilombo Tshisekedi,  President of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
