Wednesday 11 November, 2015 By Nakubiana Shabongo and Yande Musonda Mwandi Member of Parliament Michael Kaingu has expressed gratitude at the turnout of Voter Registration in his constituency. Dr. Kaingu who is also Minister of Higher Education tells Pan-African Radio in an interview that despite his electorates having challenges to get to Registration Centres, they showed commitment. The Minister adds that it is imperative that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) considers extending the process so as to allow those in far flung areas Register.
