Many people testify about various miracles they have seen and received in their lives. From receiving credit (talk time) on their phones not from the service provider of their phone and with no name written on the source, water changing into petrol and receiving big cars etc. Today is my turn. Let me also testify about my miracle. I need to first share a brief background to this miracle. On September 2nd, 2000 I prayed like Job and wished that day was not in the calendar and wished I was not born. (“May the day of my birth perish, and the night that said, ‘A boy is conceived!’)
The reason being that my high school sweetheart of eleven years in marriage had just given up the ghost in child birth complications leaving me with an 8 year old boy Thisis Chito. I was very devastated and annoyed with God and with the hospital where this disaster took place. I was hopeless and had no idea what the future would be without her. I cried a lot saying, ‘i thought we would grow old together?!!’

Fast forward, two years later, I found love again and I was getting married again in a beautiful wedding ceremony.
Dr Conrad Mbewe was the preacher while Rev Phyllis Byrd -Ochilo was officiating at St Andrews Presbyterian Church in Nairobi.

A miracle had clearly happened in my life. Caroline Owegi-Ndhlovu was my miracle. After we got married we needed to plan additional children.
My wife wanted just a child. Since my first born with the late was a boy I wished for a daughter and our son wished for a little brother who he could play with. Another miracle happened. We got twins, a boy and a girl and so all our wishes were met.
Today we have four amazing children two boys and two girls.
And today is the birthday for my miracle. I celebrate you my miracle. Let me stop here for today. So you see I also have seen and received miracles in my lifetime. Happy birthday sweet mtima my very own miracle. 14 years on she is still my miracle.
