MultiChoice Zambia launches Win A Trip Competition

MultiChoice Zambia Limited has launched a one million kwacha Win a Trip competition through which 25 lucky subscribers will be flown to view the mighty Victoria Falls in Livingstone by Proflight.
According to details availed to Pan African Radio, the Win A Trip Competition is a collaboration involving MultiChoice, Proflight and Zambia Tourism agency (ZTA).
In a speech read by MultiChoice Public Relations Manager Mwiika Malindima, MultiChoice Managing Director Ngosa Kasunga-Matakala explained that five families’ members representing the 25 subscribers will sample Zambia’s rich heritage.
“I am here to launch the MultiChoice Zambian edition of the ‘Win a Trip Competition to 5 families to Livingstone. MultiChoice will reward loyal subscribers with an all-expenses paid trip to Livingstone during the weekend of 28 to 30 April 2017. Subscribers have to stay continuously connected on either compact, compact plus or premium bouquets on DSTV from now until April to stand a chance of winning the competition,” said Malindima representing Acting MultiChoice Managing Director Ngosa Kasunga-Matakala.
Ms. Ngosa Kasunga-Matakala says 25 people in five families will fly into Livingstone to enjoy two days of exhilarating hospitality that include Bungee Jumping, gorge sliding, boat cruising, cat walking and elephant riding.
Ms. Ngosa Kasunga-Matakala says this is one way of supplementing government’s effort to promote tourism in the country.
And speaking later, Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA) Senior Marketing Manager, Ms. Doris Kofi encouraged Zambians to remain connected for them to qualify as local tourists.
“I am encouraging citizens to sample Zambia’s natural resource, as the hospitality industry is not remain a preserve of foreign tourists. I implore subscribers to remain connected, as a basis on which to enter and eventually win the competition,” Ms. Kofi advised.
On his part, Proflight Zambia Director for Proflight Director of Government Business and Industry Affairs, Captain Phillip Lemba celebrated the fact that the Victoria Falls remain pristine.
Taking a nostalgic walk, flanked by Proflight Marketing Manager Hellen N. Mwamba, Captain Lemba expressed surprise that though he first saw the Victoria Falls in 1963, its beauty is still amazing.
“Proflight recognizes the importance of tourist travel hence the decision to partner with MultiChoice Zambia. I am excited that the draw will allow 25 families enjoy the unmatched Zambian natural resource marked by the mighty Victoria Falls. I am still amazed that since my first view of the Victoria Falls in 1963, as one of the seven wonder of the world, this natural resource has not lost its magnificence,” remarked Captain Lemba.
