SINO Zambia Table Tennis Club Chairman Darwin Wang says table tennis one of the unique games as it provides a spring board and an opportunity for increased participation in sport, reports Ashton Kelly Bunda.
Wang said that the want the initiative to be benefit the local community and boost table tennis by attracting more quality players,
Speaking during the official launch of the Sino Zambia Table Tennis Club at Olympic Youth Development Center (OYDC) on Friday 11th –November 2016, Wang emphasized that the objective of the club is to foster the cordial bilateral relationship between China and Zambia through Sport working with the community business and the Government.
Wang bragged as the statement that their new team has already won the Independence Junior Table Tennis competition which took place on 22nd October 2016.
Apart from the official launch of the club the Sino Zambia has unveiled the team Kit in competitive events which will be the Signature Uniform to help the club branding.
Sino Zambia Table Tennis is a brainchild of the Meriman International Limited in partnership with Hopeful Technology Building Material Limited.
The club membership is comprised of management, coach staff, 16 players and 2 provisional players so far.
