ZAMBIA Centre for Interparty Dialogue (ZCID) has elected the Party for National Unity and Progress (PNUP) Highvie Hambulo Hamududu, as the Board Chairperson and Movement for Multiparty Democracy (MMD) National Secretary, Ms. Elizabeth Chitika as Spokesperson.
In a Monday, 20th December, 2021 Press Statement, ZCID Executive Director Doreen Njovu- Kabwe says Mr. Hamududu takes over from the Forum for Political Parties (FPP) Chairperson and Golden Party of Zambia (GPZ) Mr. Jackson Silavwe, who served for two consecutive terms.
Ms. Njovu- Kabwe thanked Mr. Silavwe for his unwavering leadership, professionalism, assertiveness and hands on approach in building ZCID’s mandate to deepen and consolidate democratic governance in Zambia.
“Many milestones where achieved under his leadership. We wish Mr. Hamududu and Ms. Chitika all the best as they serve ZCID,” prayed Ms. Njovu- Kabwe.
