EVANGELICAL Youth Alliance Executive Director Reverend Moses Lungu is urging the Zambian government to consider empowering learners on the verge of expulsion due to lack of finances.
Rev. Lungu says once children and young people are helped with school fees, Zambia will ultimately benefit as a learned society attracts Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
