Sam Zulu seeks market and bus station sanity

A Governance Activist Sam Zulu has appealed to Local Authorities in the Country to quickly bring sanity at Markets and Bus Stations.
Mr Zulu says President Hakainde Hichilema has already shown political will on the mater, hence the need for councils to quick ensure that no political party cadres are allowed to operate in these public places.
In an interview with Kwithu FM News, he says as a result of not observing the planning authority and inaction by most councils in the country to enforce the law, this has led to failure to deliver social services to citizens.
Mr Zulu says there is need for President Hichilema to quickly change some Chief Executive Officers in the councils who are failing to implement his directives.
