First National Bank Zambia (FNB) has announced the first seven (7) winners in its ‘Win Big with FNB eWallet’ promotion
LUSAKA, Zambia – (23 January 2020) – First National Bank Zambia (FNB) has announced the first seven (7) winners in its ‘Win Big with FNB eWallet’ promotion, which runs until 29 February 2020. The promotion gives FNB customers an opportunity to win their share of over K80,000 in prizes.
On 14 January 2020, the Bank conducted its first draw in the campaign which is intended to sweeten the act of sending an eWallet which has become a staple of money transactions in Zambia since its launch in 2012.
“We believe that the launch of this promotion was timely and relevant. A review of the transaction figures shows that the number of eWallets sent in December 2020 showed a month-on-month increase of 14%.” said Kabanda Lilanda, Head Retail Banking.
A total of 7 Winners were drawn and have since been contacted, in line with the terms and conditions available on the FNB Zambia Facebook page.
“We are thrilled to have drawn the names of our first 7 winners. They have walked away with either a solar home back-up power solution, Lenovo Idea Pad laptop or a Samsung A20 smart phone. We wish to congratulate them for choosing to use a safe, affordable and convenient banking solution during the festive period.” said Lilanda.
Winners in the first monthly draw are: Mrs Annie Ndandula (Solar Home Back-Up Power Solution), Mr Kelvin Musumali, Mr Kauzya Siwale, Miss Christine Banda & Mr James Ngandu (Lenovo Idea Pad laptops) and Mr Paulson Tembo & Mr Alexander W Museshyo (Samsung A20 smart phones). The promotion which runs until 29 February 2020 is open to all active copper, smart, gold and platinum accounts in good standing.
“The final monthly draw will take place in February, and the final grand prize draw, which will see one lucky customer receive double their total send value over the campaign period, up to K20,000, will take place in March. We encourage more customers to send an eWallet to enter the promotion and remind those who have already sent one to send more. The more eWallets a customer sends, the more entries into the draws.” added Lilanda.
