A Civic leader in Lusaka’s Garden compound is concerned over the mushrooming of bars and taverns following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions by the Ministry of Health for one month. Adrian Banda Councilor of Ngwerere Ward 22 in Mandevu constituency has revealed that there has been an increase in people opening illegal bars and taverns saying urgent action is required to curb the vice.
