By Derrick Sinjela LOCAL Government Association of Zambia (LGAZ) President Christopher Pikiti Kang’ombe petitioned President Edgar Chagwa Lungu to facilitate a six-point changes meant to improve service provision throughout Zambia’s 110 districts of the ten provinces namely, Central, Copperbelt, Eastern, Luapula, Lusaka, Muchinga, Northern, Northwestern, Southern and Western.
