Lusaka commuters complained over bus drivers’ behavior

According to Grace Nkhoma, bus drivers are in a habit of increasing bus fares when it is raining. Ms. Nkhoma complained that other than increasing bus fares abnormally, passengers succumb to insults and bad language from drivers and call boys.
