With statistics showing that North Western Province has remained poor for years with poverty levels standing at 76 per cent, 61 per cent being extremely poor while 15 per cent are moderately poor, are statistics prompting

Mr. Chanda says the Leadership Movement under Dr. Richard Silumbe, a leader with a heart for the poor people and team will extend Social Cash Transfer (SCT) programmes to Chavuma, Zambezi, Manyinga, Solwezi and Kasempa districts that have been hit by hunger, a direct consequence of floods and drought.
