CLAYSON HAMASAKA, LEVY NGOMA AND TREVOR MWIINDE AS HIS ABDUCTORS.
As he is charged with attempted murder for alleged urinating in a Journalist’s mouth.
Good Morning.
Petauke Independent Member of Parliament ( MP)Emmnauel Jay Jay Banda has named President Hakainde Hichilema‘s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma, Chief Communication Specialist at State House Clayson Hamasaka and United Party for National Development ( UPND) Deputy National Youth Chairperson Trevor Mwiinde as the people who abducted him from his vehicle on his way home.
According to a Police source, the extremely grave revelations led to the Police to instead charge the Petauke Lawmaker for attempted murder.
The attempted murder case relates to allegations that Mr. Banda urinated In the mouth of Journalist Peter Sukwa in 2016 a matter which was disposed off by the courts in 2016 in which Mr. Sukwa was compensated K10,000.
Meanwhile, the Petauke Central Parliamentarian may have entered the Guinness Book of World records for being the only person to have been abducted three times within a week.
Apart from the first abduction that has now uncovered the involvement of State House officials, Mr. Banda was also abducted from Medland Hospital to Maina Soko Milliaty Hospital against his will and that of his family. It has actually been learnt that Members of Parliament have a medical scheme with Medland and Coptic Hospitals.
In yet another embarrassing development for the UPND Government, a discharge slip from Maina Soko Millitary Hospital has confirmed that MP Emmanuel Banda had injuries when he was presented to the Medical Doctors in contrast with the narrative being parroted by Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu, Information Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana and Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Dickson Matembo. The discharge slip also indicates that Mr. Banda suffered stress. One wonders how someone who faked his abduction can suffer stress.
HERE IS THE NARRATION OF YESTERDAY’S EVENTS AS DECODED FROM OUR INTELLIGENCE SOURCES.
Friday Morning.
In the morning of yesterday, Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda was told by a group of Police officers that the Hospital had discharged him and they were there to take him home. Mr. Banda then asked for sometime to change clothes but the officers insisted that they could still convey him home in the hospital Pajamas.
Jay Jay Banda then contacted his lawyer Sakwiba Sikota State Counsel to alert him of the latest developments. Mr. Sikota told Jay Jay Banda not to go anywhere until he arrived.
Noticing that the Petauke Central MP had contacted his Counsel, the Police officers quickly took Mr. Banda to their vehicle and drove off to the Command Centre. By the time State Counsel Sakwiba Sikota was arriving at Maina Soko Military Hospital, Jay Jay was being conveyed to the Command Centre around Sikanze area. Fortunately, he had a phone on him and alerted Mr. Sakwiba Sikota through a text. Upon reaching the Command Centre, the officers started interrogating Mr. Banda before his lawyer Mr. Sikota arrived. Mr. Banda refused to Cooperate until his lawyer arrived.
When Mr. Sikota arrived, Jay Jay Banda was asked who abducted him and straight away named Mr. Hamasaka, Mr. Levy Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde and that three vehicles were used to block him including a Toyota Fortuner which blocked him in front. It is worth noting that Trevor Mwiinde drives a Fortuner. He told the Police that he was then bundled in the boot of the vehicle to an unknown destination. The subject of the interrogations by the now identified abductors was the itinerary of former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
During all this time which lasted almost the whole day, both Mr. Jay Jay Banda and Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota had not eaten anything. Just imagine. Someone who had just been discharged from hospital was kept the whole day without food. ” Evil Angels”.
After this long interrogation which almost lasted the whole day, the Police team headed by the Deputy Director Criminal Investigations Department ( CID) told Mr. Jay Jay Banda and his lawyer that following Jay Jay’s exposure of very senior State House officials as his abductors, they needed to consult the Inspector General of Police at his office which is a stone throw away from the Command Centre.
The Police directed the Petauke Central MP to accompany them in their vehicle. Counsel Sikota protested and asked the Police if they had arrested his client. They denied that they had arrested Mr. Banda. After a prolonged argument, it was resolved that one of MP Banda’s wives accompany her husband in the Police car.
Mrs. Banda entered the car and after some few meters, the officers pushed her out of the police vehicle and drove Mr. Banda straight to Kabwata Police Station after the Deputy director spoke to the Inspector General of Police on phone.
At Kabwata Police, Mr. Banda was instead charged with the attempted murder of Former Post Newspaper Journalist Peter Sukwa in Vubwi during a bye election by urinating in his mouth. This matter was taken to court and Mr. Banda was fined in 2016. The court granted leave to either party to appeal within 14 days. Mr. Sukwa did not appeal until recently he launched efforts to reopen the case. He even officially wrote to Justice Minister Mulambo Haimbe to reopen the matter.
We are told the attempted murder docket against MP Banda was prepared soon after his disappearance. Before he was put in Police cells, MP Banda collapsed probably because he had not eaten the whole day. The Police rushed him back to Maina Soko Hospital were he remained admitted by Press time.
SAFE CITY CAMERAS.
The Zambian Whistleblower would like to conclude this article by asking you Zambians some questions.
Are you aware that the same Command Centre Jay Jay Banda was taken to for interrogations is the one that houses the Smart Zambia Cameras under the Safe City programme?
The Cameras at Command Centre cover all the Constituencies of Lusaka and their peripherals. Could these Cameras have failed to capture the movements of MP Banda’s vehicle from Kamwala South to Twin Palm Road?
Actually, when we heard that Mr. Banda was taken to the Command Centre, we were hoping that the Police had gone to show him his movements on the time of abduction.
For Praise Singers, the Cameras at Command Centre which were commissioned by Minister Jack Mwiimbu himself can capture someone pick pocketing at Intercity Bus Station if Zoomed on that area or a woman selling vegetables at Bauleni Market.
Actually some of us here at the Zambian Whistleblower attended the Commissioning of these Cameras and to demonstrate the capabilities of the Cameras, Chilanga was zoomed.
The commissioning of these Cameras was supposed to be officiated by President Hakainde Hichilema himself but delegated to Mr. Mwiimbu because Mr. Hichilema didn’t want to be embarrassed as he had demonised the project when the Patriotic Front ( PF) pushed the Agenda saying it was going to invade citizen’s privacy. Does anyone remember Hichilema saying this?
Mr. Mwiimbu himself was very excited with these Cameras and said they were going to help reduce crime in Lusaka.
On this Jay Jay’s abduction matter no one from this government has ever suggested the use of Security Cameras stationed at Command Centre to prove that the Petauke Central Lawmaker faked his own abduction. Why?
Because of what has been uncovered through the Petauke Central MP’s submission to the interrogating panel.
We told you that the abduction of Jay Jay was done by the UPND. With these revelations, we can simply say Jay Jay Banda was abducted by State House.
So why are people who said government had a role in Jay Jay’s abduction in custody? Let the Police do the right thing for once. Release Brebner Changala and group and arrest the real abductors. Obviously, the three did not work in isolation. One source says the Intelligence System is calling for the immediate arrest of the trio whilst the Police command is adamant and want to consult President Hakainde Hichilema. Consult him for what? Didn’t he say everyone who commits a crime is on his or her own?
Let us wait and see if indeed some named individuals will be on their own. What did we tell you about the visit to the Hospital by the Human Rights Commissioner Mweelwa Muleya who is Mr. Hamasaka’s close friend? It was certainly to legitimise the crime. What an embarrassment for the Human Rights Commission.
The hatred for former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu should not make people behave in this criminal manner. The highest form of Evil.
Enjoy your weekend. See attached discharge slip for Mr. Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda.
