ZAMBIA National Building Society (ZNBS), this morning (Monday 4th October, 2021), did it in style by wearing the uniforms that most of their customers’ profile put on, as a way of appreciating their varying categories of customers in their respective fields.
This year’s Customer Service Week, which runs first week of October annually, and this year’s celebration runs from the 04th way up through to the Thursday, 8th of October, 2021, has been celebrated in great style under the theme “The Power of Service.”
This week signifies a momentous week of reflections to relationship marketing patterns where customer is ultimate regarded as key and important feature in the centre of commercial operations within the total business and investment undertakings.
The customer service week is one such a week fully dedicated to reflections around customers, as it is a very important aspect to both business and investment components, and that it has a great customer service factor, with an importance element which places on meeting inspiring demands right in the value chain of any operational undertaking, as it also includes people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
The concept associated with commemorating of the great needs for this year’s customer service week, has everything that one would need to celebrate with the customers themselves, which could perhaps include setting up of the colourful decorations, supplying customers with some gifts or other forms of rewards, ready to use activities as well in place, giving ideas and some inspiration, and so much more.
