BARELY six days to poll day, opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) Deputy National Youth Chairperson Trevor Mwiinde says victory for the UPND Alliance is certain in the forth coming Thursday 12th August 2021 Presidential, Parliamentary and and Local Government election.
A confident Mr. Mwiinde told journalists in Lusaka’ s Woodlands residential area at a Thursday 5th August 2021 Media Briefing that electorates just have to turn up in large numbers and vote for the opposition UPND Alliance candidate Mr. Hakainde Hichilema.
Mwiinde explained that the party has mobilized sponsors to feed the people at a scheduled victory celebration Saturday 14th August, 2021 across Zambia’s ten (10) provinces, namely; Central, Copperbelt, Eastern, Luapula, Lusaka, Muchinga, Northern, North-Western, Southern and Western.
“People must not worry of anything as after the Thursday 12th August, 2021 election, a caring government led by Mr. Hichilema would have been ushered in office, as the Seventh Republican President,” assured Mwiinde.
The straight-talking Mwiinde said all the workers will be looked after very well, while the unemployed will have an opportunity to get employed in Zambia.
- “The UPND Alliance is capable of turning the fortunes of this country, Zambia round to benefit all the citizens. The burden remains on the shoulders of the people, who will be required to do their part by voting for Hichilema in the coming elections,” said Mwiinde.
