Barely a week after United Party for National Development (UPND) parliamentarian celebrated failure of Bill Ten of 2019, Bill 10 advocates led by Prince J. Ndoyi insist that a majority of Zambian women, chiefs and disabled persons wanted the amendment to be enacted.
Speaking during a Media Briefing at Lusaka’s ZAMCOM Lodge, Bill 10 advocate Prince Ndoyi protested that the bill once enacted, the amendment would have enhance democracy and help develop Zambia.
Meanwhile bill 10 advocates have blamed opposition United party for National Development UPND of contaminating the minds of Zambians against bill 10 with falsehoods.
However the bill 10 advocates have said that UPND will one day remember President Lungu and call him a hero as they do SATA and Mwanawas despite condemning him today.
The bill 10 advocates will next week mobilise 10,000 people to go to parliament and enlighten the members of Parliament who voted against bill 10 Mr Ndoyi has said.
