MULTICHOICE is giving its customers more exciting options by introducing 3rd Viewing Environment. Through this new exciting initiative DStv customers can now link up to three decoders and watch more than one channel at the same time using XtraView service in one household.

3rd Viewing Environment allows customers to link their DStv Exploras, HD Zappa decoders and all the newer decorder models under one subscription. This service is available on all DStv packages which includes DStv Premium, DStv Compact Plus, DStv Compact, DStv Family and DStv Access bouquet.

Previously, customers would have to make an additional full subscription to have a 3rd decoder in the household but now they only need to pay an additional K120 to their subscription and access the 3rd Viewing Environment service.

“The primary decoder in this XtraView set up must always be a DStv Explora and we highly recommend to our customers that they should use DStv accredited installers who have been highly trained to implement XtraView installations,” emphasised Mrs Kooma.

Customers must note that to be able to access under XtraView, customers need to have a DStv Explora decorder as the primary decorder which will then be connected to any other newer decorder models.
