ZANIS—Over 400 vulnerable youths have been selected to benefit from the Secondary Boarding School and Skills Development Bursaries under the 2023 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Milenge District in Luapula Province Milenge Constituency Member of Parliament Saka Chonde said 329 of those are secondary school learners while 152 are youths set to attain skills training from various tertiary institutions.
