AS National Revolution Party (NRP), we wish to state that there is need for the people of Zambia to be Patriotic Citizens if the country is to develop.

When things are going on well in the country, we expect people to give credit and applaud as opposed to just keeping quiet because of being ashamed.

The opposition should NOT be ashamed but give credit where it is due.

It is by this thaf we as a progressive party we would like to support and give credit to Ministry of Energy through ZESCO who have ensured that electricity load-shedding has gone down.

Load-shedding has tremendously reduced and people’s businesses are now running normally.

Ask Bana Mwape who sells reared chickens in Kanyama, she will confirm that she today does not need to buy excess bags of Charcoal but she can 100% depend on ZESCO power.

Covid 19
As National Revolution Party, we wish to state that Zambians need to appreciate the efforts being made by government to see to it that Covid 19 is fought from all angles.

We need to give credit to all frontline workers including you as Journalists as being very key to fighting tbis pandemic.

We pray that you continue with the same spirit and God give you strength as you contribute in your own way to fight Covid 19.

On the Ministers that have been affected by Covid 19, we wish them well and ask all Zambians not to discriminate against them or indeed make jokes of their ailment.

Covid 19 doesn’t choose but affects all.

It is my sincere wish that our two Ministers recover and get back for duty.

Ministers working against President Lungu
As a party, we are aware of a number of Ministers and other Government officials trying to undermine the Republican President elected by the people of Zambia.

Those Ministers and other Government officials should be aware that we know them and warn them that they shall be exposed soon and we shall further call on the President to take necessary action against them.

We know they are plotting against him in the party so that he may not contest or they challenge him, we tell them STOP THIS ACT and be Patriotic Citizens by supporting the President and all be has done.

Mr. President, we are behind you and we shall stand to defend you from attacks from these renegade party officials.
