With the Step Up promotion, DStv and GOtv customers will experience a new level of exciting entertainment from 15th January to 31 March 2024. The Step Up offer is open to all active, disconnected and new DStv and GOtv customers.
This promotion is set up to elevate DStv and GOtv customers’ viewing experience and enjoy great entertainment. To enjoy this promotion, customers should not downgrade their packages, but upgrade to the next package and they will an upgrade at no extra cost to the next package.
On the DStv platform, customers on the DStv Lite package who upgrade to Access will be boosted to the Family package. Customers on the Access package and upgrade to the Family bouquet, will be elevated to Compact. Family subscribers stepping up to Compact will enjoy the Compact Plus package. Compact users upgrading to Compact Plus will experience the full world of DStv Premium.
In the same vein, GOtv Lite customers who upgrade to GOtv Value will enjoy the GOtv Plus package, while GOtv Value customers stepping up to GOtv Plus will be boosted to GOtv Max. Aside from that, subscribers of GOtv Plus who upgrade to GOtv Max will get the chance to experience the premium GOtv Supa package. And for our loyal GOtv Supa customers, we introduce the GOtv Supa+ package, all at no additional cost.
