Chelstone residents cry for ZESCO power
By Francis Chipalo Residents of Lusaka’s Obama area in Chelston extension are fearing for their lives and property following continued break-ins by thieves. Evans Mumba whose house was nearly broken into by the robbers on the early hours of Wednesday appealed to the Zambia Police service to intensify patrols in the area which is fast expanding in population but lacks a police post with Kamanga Police being the nearest.
