….saves 145 megawatts of power By Derrick Sinjela and Richard Nyirenda ZESCO Limited Public Relations Manager Henry Kapata says the electric power utility firm has distributed over 3.2 million energy saving bulbs across Zambia’s 10 provinces-Central, Copperbelt, Eastern, Luapula, Lusaka, Muchinga, Northern, North-Western, Southern and Western. Mr. Kapata said the power utility company has managed to save 145 Megawatts of power due to the distribution of the Energy Saving Bulbs.
