By John Dino Banda YOUTH, Child and Sports Ministry Director Bessy Chelemu has is confident with Zambia’s capacity to host the 2017 Under 20 Africa Cup FootballTournament. John Dino Banda reports that Chelemu was reacting to sentiments by soccer fans that the Ministry of Youth and Sports has gone mute on the publicity campaign ahead of the youthful tournament slated for February 2017. Chelemu has disclosed that the Youth, Child and Sports Ministry will soon constitute a 2017 Under 20 Africa Cup FootballTournament Local Organizing Committee.
