Livingstone Magistrate acquits 4 clearing agents

By Xavier Mulenga in Livingstone LIVINGSTONE Magistrate Mbololwa Mukela has acquitted four clearing agents who allegedly made false documents purporting to export used cans when in fact exported rosewood to Botswana. This is in a case in which Phenias Kalenga, 29, director, Henry Mwamba, 42, Emmanuel Njanji, 25 and Japhet Tembo, 29 all clearing agents are charged with five counts of making a false document.
