Flanked by District Veterinary Officer,Dr Abraham Msoni, Chikankata District Coordinator Livestock and Fisheries,Dr. Joseph Banda during presentation of bycicles to trained Community Livestock Facilitator’s (CLF’s), Mr. Chipolyonga implored graduants to be diligent in empowering communities. “Well trained CLFS are capable to empower communities with little supervision,” noted Chipolyonga.
