A Governance Activist Sam Zulu has appealed to Local Authorities in the Country to quickly bring sanity at Markets and Bus Stations. A Civic leader in Lusaka’s Garden compound is concerned over the mushrooming of bars and taverns following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions by the Ministry of Health for one month.
