Dr Edgar  Chagwa Lungu holds talks with Félix Tchilombo Tshisekedi

Lusaka, (Saturday, 24th April, 2021) His Excellency,  Dr Edgar  Chagwa Lungu, President of the Republic of Zambia has held bilateral talks with His Excellency, Mr Félix Tchilombo Tshisekedi,  President of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The two leaders met in the African Union Arena in Kinshasa and agreed that works on the Kasomeno-Mwenda Toll Road must begin so that business between the two countries is enhanced. CIS Considers the Decision to Designate TVEL as the Commonwealth Basic Company for Nuclear Legacy Elimination

  The Commission on Economic Issues under the CIS Economic Council approved the draft decision to designate TVEL JSC as the CIS basic company for spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management, and decommissioning of nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities. First Ore Mining Company JSC (FOMC, a Rosatom subsidiary in charge of mining operations) has reported a maiden public Mineral Resource estimate for the Pavlovskoye deposit. The data was reported by AMC Consultants Pty Ltd (“AMC”) in accordance with the guidelines set out in the JORC Code.
