PRESS STATEMENT Lusaka, Saturday 8th April, 2017-The Drug Enforcement Commission through its Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Unit has arrested a 42 year-old female Accountant of Lusaka for money laundering activities involving over K90 thousand. Cecilia Muntemba, 42, an Accountant of Plot No. 184 Gardenia Avondale in Lusaka has been arrested for theft by public servant and money laundering contrary to the laws of Zambia.
