DRY FISH WITH GROUNDNUTS Ingredients; 500g dry fish 3 cups water 3 green onions 1 cup pounded groundnuts, 2 tomatoes, and salt. Method Clean fish and boil in salt water until tender. Chop onions and ADD to fish. Mix groundnuts with one cup of water, then add mixture to cooked fish and simmer for five minutes. Chop tomatoes and add to mixture. Add pepper if you wish.
