DEC arrests heroin trafficker

By Theresa Katongo Public Relations Officer-Drug Enforcement Commission Lusaka, Tuesday 28th March, 2017-The Drug Enforcement Commission has arrested an 18 year-old boy of Lusaka for trafficking in heroin. The 18 year-old boy of Mandevu Township in Lusaka has been arrested for trafficking in 25 sachets of heroin. Also arrested and jointly charged is Steven Ngoma, 25, Patrick Miti, 27, and John Sinkala, 35, all of Matero Township in Lusaka for trafficking in 13 sachets of cocaine.
